The CPR and First Aid course offered at McDowell Wellness Center is specially designed for professional rescuers such as lifeguards, nurses, emergency personnel, etc. who require CPR certification to meet their licensure and professional requirements. The course includes comprehensive instruction on adult, infant, and child CPR, two-person CPR, AED, and the use of CPR-related equipment. Our program is accepted by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and has been approved by many state health agencies. It may also be used to meet The Joint Commission’s Resuscitation Standard.
